| BTK-mediated B cell receptor signaling is required for B cell survival. Dysregulation of BTK is associated with hematological malignancies. BTK signaling relies on a number of specific-phosphorylation events. In addition to a complete set of BTK phosphorylation-specific antibodies, we offer the only antibody specific to BTK phospho Tyr223 which does not exhibit cross-reactivity to YTK. These reagents make it easier to identify novel roles for phosphorylation events in signaling pathways. |
