Human Neurodegenerative Biomarker Panel 1

The Human Neurodegenerative Disease Biomarker panel is a multiplex bead-based immunoassay that utilizes fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. It has been analytically validated and can be used to detect native proteins (α-Synuclein, Tau, Aβ40, Aβ42, and NFL) in human biological samples including serum and CSF. Please note that plasma samples are not recommended due to compromised accuracy of the assays in these samples.
