Featured Panel: Human Inflammation 2

Expanding our previous offerings, we've added another inflammation panel with 13 new targets involved in inflammation and immune response. This panel has been validated for use with tissue culture supernatants, serum, and plasma, including rheumatoid arthritis and congestive heart failure patient samples.
Human PBMCs (1 x 106) were cultured under the following conditions: unstimulated, PMA/Ionomycin (20 ng/ml, 500 ng/ml), and αCD3/αCD28 (1 μg/ml each).
