Mechanisims of Cell Death
Cell death is an important and tightly regulated process in the body. A number of family members of the Tumor Necrosis Factor Family can bind to corresponding receptors to trigger the apoptosis process, expedited by the cleavage of a number of intracellular proteins like caspases. In addition, this poster covers a number of other cell death-related events, like apoptotic body clearance and pyroptosis and necroptosis.
