Description

Nunc™ MaxiSorp™ flat-bottom 96 well plates are made from a highly controlled and characterized resin. The MaxiSorp surface is a hydrophilic/hydrophobic mix that binds to a wide variety of biomolecules, making it a great choice to bind most anitgens or primary antibodies during ELISA.

These one-piece Nunc™ MaxiSorp™ flat-bottom 96 well plates are recommended for use with BioLegend ELISA MAX™ sets as well as ELISA antibody pairs.

Recommended Usage

This plate is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA applications, dilute unlabeled capture antibody to a final concentration of 0.5 - 8 μg/ml in an appropriate coating buffer, and transfer 100 μl to each well of a high affinity, protein-binding ELISA plate. Seal plate to prevent evaporation. Incubate at 4°C overnight.
