Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stimulated with Cell Activation Cocktail (with Brefeldin A) (Cat. No. 423303 and 423304) for 6 hours, surface stained with anti-human CD3 APC, and then treated with the Cyto-Fast™ Fix/Perm Buffer Set (Cat. No. 426803). Cells were then stained with anti-human IL-2 (clone W19046A) Spark Violet™ 423 (left) or left unstained (right).

Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per million cells in 100 µL staining volume or 5 µL per 100 µL of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

* Spark Violet™ 423 has a maximum excitation of 400 nm and a maximum emission of 415 nm.
