Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were surface stained with anti-human CD3 Alexa Fluor® 700 and anti-human CD4 APC and then treated with the True-Nuclear™ Transcription Factor Buffer Set. Cells were then stained with purified EOS (clone QA20A13) (left) or rat IgG2a, κ isotype (right), and anti-human FOXP3 Brilliant Violet 421™ followed by anti-rat IgG PE. Cells shown gated on CD3+CD4+ cells.

Description

EOS, also known as IKZF4, is an IKAROS Family Member expressed in lymphocytes, specifically in Tregs. It plays an important role in the inhibitory function of Tregs. It may be involved in the development of the central and peripheral nervous systems as well as lymphoid development.

Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
