Western blot of purified anti-LRP4 (NH2 terminus) antibody (clone N207/27). Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: 20 µg of human brain membrane lysate; Lane 3: 20 µg of mouse brain membrane lysate; Lane 4: 20ug of rat brain membrane lysate. The blot was incubated with 1 µg/mL of the primary antibodies overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with HRP labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (Cat. No. 405306). Enhanced chemiluminescence was used as the detection system.

Description

Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4 (LRP4), also known as LRLR dan and multiple epidermal growth factor-like domains 7 (MEGF7), is a member of the LDLR family and has a large N terminus. LRP4 may help regulate Wnt signaling and is a receptor for agrin to activate muscle-specific kinase (MuSK), a critical tyrosine kinase in neuromuscular junction formation.
