Western blot analysis of cell lysates from HeLa cells transfected without or with His-tagged plasmid using His Mouse primary antibody and HRP Goat anti-Mouse secondary antibody (Cat. No. 405306). Direct-Blot™ HRP anti-β-actin (Cat. No. 643807) was used as a loading control. -
Immunofluorescence of HeLa cells transfected without (A) or with (B) His-tagged protein plasmid using anti-His Mouse primary Antibody. Alexa Fluor® 594 (Red) Goat anti-Mouse IgG (Cat. No. 405326) was used as secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue, Cat. No. 422801). The image was captured with a 60X objective. Exposure time (Seconds) for (A) is 1/30, and (B) is 1/100. -
Insect cell supernatant expressing His-tagged mouse CCL22 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-His Tag antibody (clone J099B12). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
This antibody was raised against linear 8XHis tag. It reacts with His tag protein, either C, N, or internal His6 and up repeats. It can be used for Western blotting to detect linear His repeat (His6 or more).

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 0.5 µg per ml (Dilution 1:1000 - 1:5000). For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 - 0.5 μg/ml (Dilution 1:1000 - 1:5000) is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
